The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Travilah rose by $317,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,255,000 – a 33.8% increase over the $938,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Travilah in the first quarter of 2018.
