Hannah Hudson has been named the Mountain East Conference Pitcher of the Week, the league announced this afternoon. Hudson and the Bobcats are coming off an (11-3) week at THE Spring Games.
The Blackstone, Va. native totaled 20 innings of work, grabbing 3 wins with 21 strikeouts, 3 walks and 0 ER. She pitched a one-hitter against Lake Erie College with 6 strikeouts and only one walk.
Against California (Pa.), Hudson pitched a complete-game with 5 strikeouts and no walks. She surrendered 7 hits in that outing. In her start versus Slippery Rock, she pitched 6 innings and struck out 10 batters.
