Kristi Shisler, Director of Quality and Compliance, presented PMH’s very first “Good Catch” Award this morning to LPN Amanda Boggs.
The Good Catch Award Program is designed to recognize our staff members for their efforts in promoting quality, safety, and risk reduction within our Hospital. Reporting of good catches and near misses not only promotes a culture of safety and quality, it allows us to identify areas for process improvements and educational opportunities.
