Greenbrier County is asking for your help! They need volunteers to fill out a flood preparation and impacts study survey.

Greenbrier County Flood Impacts and Preparation Survey
This survey is being conducted by a team of WVU researchers in partnership with community organizations in Greenbrier County to understand lessons learned from the 2016 flood and plans for future flood preparation. It should take between 15-20
minutes to complete. Any resident of Greenbrier County, 18 years old or over, is welcome to participate. Your participation is completely voluntary. All questions are optional, and you may skip questions you do not wish to answer or stop at any time.
You can take this survey on any computer, phone, or tablet that is connected to the internet. If you prefer to complete this survey over the phone, please call the following number, and someone will return your call to assist you: (304) 460-5828.

The West Virginia University Institutional Review Board's acknowledgment of this
project is on file with the WVU Office of Human Research Protections, and you can

We will provide everyone who takes the survey with a copy of the results at the
conclusion of the project if they would like to see them. In addition, everyone who
completes the survey has the chance to enter a raffle for one of four $250 gift cards
