PCB is excited to announce the addition of Melinda Cutlip as Marlinton’s Financial Center Manager. Melinda will be a huge asset to the team by helping existing and future customers with their banking needs, as well as managing the Marlinton team.
Melinda is originally from Pocahontas County and currently resides in Marlinton with her husband. She is a graduate of the West Virginia Bankers Association Branch Management School and has over 13 years of experience in the banking industry. She began as a part-time seasonal teller and worked her way up to the branch manager role and brings a well-rounded background to her position.
Since starting at PCB, Melinda says, “PCB has made me feel like I’m part of the family since day one. I look forward to my role as Financial Center Manager and serving my hometown of Marlinton.”

Melinda enjoys being an active member in her local community. She is a Board Member for the Greenbrier River Trail Association and the Greenbrier River Trail Foundation.
Outside of the office, she enjoys fishing for native trout, turkey hunting, gardening, and playing with her border collie, Darcy. She also loves traveling around the country with her husband. They have been to 28 states and 11 national parks.
