Bluefield State University was awarded the Export Achievement Certificate from the US Department of Commerce (for exporting education)! B-State was among 37 West Virginia businesses and organizations to be recently honored with the Governor’s Commendation for International Market Entry Award. In 2021, West Virginia’s exports were valued at $6.2 billion.
Bluefield State is the first WV Higher Education Institution to be recognized with this award.
