The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Clarksburg rose by $13,500 while total sales increased by 10.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,500 – a 3.1% increase over the $442,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Clarksburg in the second quarter of 2018.
